Organization
Each “Riff Set” includes two-bar (measure) riffs played so you can write in the key of your choice: A, A7, Ab, Ab7, Abm, Am and so on thourgh B, C, D, E, F and G. And while the first and second measure is the same on many riffs, the second bar on many feature a slight alternate version so you can just use that one bar for even more variety. Each of the 24 sets features one series of riffs played on a Gibson Custom Shop 1960 Les Paul Standard and a second matching but independent series played on a Fender Stratocaster. Use them together or apart.
Why are there only main chords played on the power guitar?
Because notes played on those riffs work with an variation: major, minor, etc. So there is no need to have all of the variations. They can be used in any key.
