I have been using DOD for many years now. The latest edition I added was the Manic Metal. You may be surprised to know I do not play metal. I tend to record Pop/Rock wit a few ballads for good measure. The metal pack is unreal when used with a hip-hop like beat underneath and a high pass filter to just hear the strike of the bass drum. Anyway, I think the metal is the most professional sounding set you have put out so far.

I dig the DOD stuff quite a bit. I've been using it for a while. I purchased the original volume 1 and volume 2. Good, consistent recordings of live drums are tough to find. Drums on Demand has a 'finished' sounding product that I think is perfectly fine for anything.

DOD is well played, well recorded, thoughtfully organized and above all, very useful in mapping out tracks in a musical way.
